Privacy Statement

Last updated: October 2026

Who I am

This website belongs to Lucaluckske, a videographer from Zwevegem (Belgium). I am responsible for processing your data as described in this statement. Questions? Email hello@lcks.be.

What data I collect

I collect as little data as possible.

  • Contact details: if you email or call me, I only use your name, email address or phone number and your message to reply to you.
  • Visitor data (only with your consent): through Google Analytics I can see which pages are visited, for how long, on which device or browser and from which country or region. Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses.
  • Videos: the videos on the work page are hosted on YouTube. The YouTube player only loads when you click a video. YouTube (Google) may then process data itself, such as your IP address. Google's privacy policy applies to that.

Cookies

Only analytics cookies are used, and only if you click "Accept". You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and existing ones are removed.

  • _ga and _ga_… (Google Analytics): remember that you are the same visitor. Kept for up to 2 years.
  • lcks-cookie-consent (in your browser): remembers whether you accepted or declined. This is not tracking, but needed to keep your choice.

Why I use data

I only use visitor data to improve the website and to see how many people view my work. I do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone, except with Google as a processor for Analytics. The legal basis is your consent. For contact requests it is my legitimate interest in replying to you.

How long I keep data

Analytics data is kept for a maximum of 14 months. I keep emails for as long as needed to help you.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict processing and to object. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@lcks.be for this. Not satisfied? You can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).

Changes

I may update this statement. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
